Respected London firm are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor and experienced paralegal to join their team.
- The team acts for a variety of lender and finance professionals
- Clients include- mainstream banks, challenger banks, building societies, short term lenders, private lenders.
- The team offer a range of bespoke services with a particular focus on real estate/property, alternative and complex loan structures, Real estate development finance, advice on refinancing and restructuring, bridging finance, advice on short-term finance and private lending, including initial due diligence and the production of bespoke loan and security documentation.
