You will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including hiring and firing, reorganisations, performance management, redundancy, director exits, leaves of absence, compensation and benefits, discrimination and harassment, settlement agreements and other employment-related matters.
- Advising and managing, with minimal supervision, client Employment Tribunal cases.
- Advising on, drafting, maintaining and reviewing a variety of letters, contracts and policies for client employment matters.
- Performing audits of client’s employment, HR documentation, processes and assisting clients in developing and refining scalable employment processes and policies.
