COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
- Our clients are a highly successful firm.
- They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (Head of Department) who will be responsible for a wide range of real estate/commercial property matters and team development.
- This will cover all aspects of sales and purchases, acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant work and developments, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial Team.
- They work with national and international clients on a wide variety of projects and landlord and tenant matters. Sectors include retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.
