Our clients are a highly successful firm. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (Head of Department) who will be responsible for a wide range of real estate/commercial property matters and team development.

This will cover all aspects of sales and purchases, acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant work and developments, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial Team.

They work with national and international clients on a wide variety of projects and landlord and tenant matters. Sectors include retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.
