Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to expand the Commercial services of a highly regarded law firm. This will be to work on a varied case load of all aspects of commercial work; drafting, advising and reviewing commercial contracts, franchise agreements, supply terms, distribution, agency, e-commerce, software and service agreements.
