Respected firm are looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process.

You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with a variety of residential property matters, particularly in sales, purchases and remortgages.

Experience
  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
  • Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
  • Registration including companies house and Land Registry
  • Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
  • Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
  • Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
  • Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
