Respected firm are looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process.
You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with a variety of residential property matters, particularly in sales, purchases and remortgages.
Essential skills- Educated to degree level
- Completed LPC or SQE 1
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment
- Attention to detail is essential
- IT literate
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
- Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
- Registration including companies house and Land Registry
- Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
- Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
- Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
- Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
