An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with good UK experience to join a London law firm on a permanent, full time basis.
The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as SMEs, start-ups, corporate, international and owner managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:

The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:
