Role Purpose
Reporting directly to the Service Team, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of new and used trailers, utility vehicles, quadbikes and more.
Responsibilities
- Conduct service, repairs, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new & used utility vehicles, quads, and agricultural equipment.
- Perform diagnostic testing to identify and address faults.
- Build and PDI quads, utility vehicles, trailers, and machinery.
- Ensure thorough and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork, including job cards, machine details, time and mileage records, and any accompanying documentation such as PDI sheets and delivery forms.
- Attend training courses as required by the company to maintain satisfactory levels of compliance and understanding.
- Follow assignments through to completion, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Mechanical experience in performing servicing and repairs on quad bikes, UTVs or vehicles.
- Ability to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs.
- Completion of job cards and associated paperwork to a high standard.
- Full driver’s licence.
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ2 in Mechanics or a relevant qualification is preferred. However, experience in mechanics is essential.
- Experience in Agricultural Engineering is not essential, but a genuine interest in the field is necessary.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
