Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant, it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first-class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers and promoting various products through active selling. Please do not worry; we will train you to do this.

Other duties will include till and cash operation, stock control, merchandising, and assisting the store management team by maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
