Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–1pm)

About the Role

Based in our busy Grimsby High Street office, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our business. As our front‑of‑house Administrator/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office, calling in, or reaching out via email. This is a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same. You'll support our sales and lettings teams by managing enquiries, arranging appointments, and keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients in person and ensuring they feel welcomed and supported
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Booking viewings, valuations, rental inspections, and other appointments
  • Managing diaries for the team and coordinating daily schedules
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc office tasks as required

About You
