Martin House is seeking a Family Support Practitioner (Psychological Wellbeing) to provide emotional and holistic support to families of children with palliative care needs. You will work across the hospice, community and hospital settings within a warm, multidisciplinary team to promote parental wellbeing and resilience. You will collaborate with psychologists, mental health practitioners and therapists to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that reflects each family’s unique needs.
