As Site Administrator you will support the site manager and wider team with administration duties to ensure the sufficient operation of site activities. The following outlines the key tasks and duties of your role:
- Providing general administrative support to the site manager and site staff.
- General administration duties; filing, photocopying, collating delivery notes, handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Point of contact for visitors to site; ensuring all site visitors are greeted, have appropriate paperwork, and details are recorded in line with health and safety.
- Managing the arrival of deliveries to site; assisting with the resolution of delivery and collection issues promptly.
- Project document control and system maintenance; maintaining documents for materials, supplies and equipment on site, updating the project management system in line with progression.
- Planning meetings – managing attendance, arranging rooms and refreshments.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and reporting any safety hazards.
- Perform the job role in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as required and deemed within your competence.

Qualifications & Training
- 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C (or equivalent) to include English and Maths.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to work unsupervised, independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently maintain a high level of accuracy.
