Martin & Hamilton are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for an exciting commercial construction project in Cookstown. The ideal candidate will have experience of successfully delivering complex construction works of £10m+, demonstrating a strong track record in construction project management, programme delivery, health & safety compliance and team leadership.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This includes managing time, cost, quality, safety, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with UK construction regulations and company procedures.
Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe following list outlines the key tasks and duties of your role:
- Manage construction projects through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Prepare and manage project programmes in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor progress against programme and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contract in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Keep rigorous records and administer all project correspondence via Procore; ensure compliance and best practice use of Procore with the site team and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, including variations and change control.
