Salary: £38,000.00 Per Annum

Hour of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 3pm.

About Lochrin Bain: Lochrin Bain is an industry leading UK manufacturer of perimeter security fencing systems and gates. The business continues to grow from strength to strength under the current management team, with continued investment in new machinery and factory upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to produce competitive quotations.
  • Supporting the team with technical input, design advice, and problem-solving.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assisting with project coordination from enquiry through to completion.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Playing a central role in projects where no two days are the same.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:

  • Experience in estimating and technical project support (ideally within construction, engineering, steel, or manufacturing – but we’re flexible).
  • Solidworks/CAD design experience would be desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Someone proactive and confident who can hit the ground running.
  • A team player who brings fresh ideas and can also work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and technical.
