This is a full-time Portfolio Manager role located in the Worcestershire area. The Portfolio Manager will oversee client portfolios, develop strategies to optimise performance, conduct risk assessments, and provide expert recommendations on investments. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategies.
Qualifications- Working in a fast-paced Estate Agent
- Overseeing a team of dynamic colleagues
- Manage administrator and ensure references and move-in documents are correct and created
- Double check move-in paperwork
- Manage Property Managers
- Cover for Administrator and Property Manager during absence
- Handle Contractors Contracts and insurance
- Manage staffing and leave for Administrator and Property Managers
- Upsell service to existing Landlords
- Upsell rent guarantee to existing Landlords
- Deal with complaints
- Conduct 1:1 appointments with Administrator and Property Managers
- Provide mini training sessions when new legislation or processes are introduced
- Liaise with Landlords regarding Tenant Find relets or new properties
- Conduct Market Appraisals for these properties
