Your core mission is simple: win instructions and grow the business. You’ll own client relationships from first contact to onboarding, combining sharp phone skills with confident face-to-face appointments. Half your time will be spent prospecting, nurturing, and setting appointments. The other half will be out on the road valuing property, targeted touting, and attending the occasional viewing. This is a results-led role with clear KPIs, strong commission, and real autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Handling and nurturing clients from first contact to instruction
- Booking and attending valuation appointments
- Delivering confident, professional market appraisals
- Targeted canvassing and touting in key areas
- Building long-term relationships with vendors and landlords
- Converting leads into onboarded clients
- Hitting (and beating) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Managing your own pipeline and momentum
