We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. Whether you're already experienced in estate agency or looking to take your first step into the property industry, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
This is a varied position with a genuine 50/50 split between office-based work and property appointments. No two days are the same. You'll be building relationships with clients, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating deals, and helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and appointments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate and follow up leads
- Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements
- Progress sales and lettings transactions
- Manage applicant and vendor/landlord databases
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Adapt quickly to a fast-moving and competitive property market
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Passion for property and delivering results
Working Hours
On‑site position, Monday to Saturday, one day off during the week. Weekend working required as part of the rota.
