The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy environment with excellent communication and people skills as well as sound IT knowledge. Day-to-day responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator
- Register applicants and listen to their needs to match them with the right property.
- Arrange viewings and confirm appointments.
- Carry out property viewings in and around Cheltenham (Full clean driving licence required).
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants making sure all information is accurately recorded and communicated.
- Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance is adhered to.
- Promote the business through professionalism and service and thus help the business grow sustainably.
