Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator based in Basingstoke. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, handling property inquiries, and conducting property viewings. The role entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, advising on property management issues, and helping to meet rental targets. The position requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills to succeed in a client-focused and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management.
- Understanding of Estate Agents and local property market trends.
