Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator based in Basingstoke. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, handling property inquiries, and conducting property viewings. The role entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, advising on property management issues, and helping to meet rental targets. Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management.
