Led by Director Kasim, our team is committed to delivering outstanding customer service, local market expertise and long-term client relationships. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Property Valuer / Negotiator to join our successful team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Valuer / Negotiator role based in Ayr.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting sales and lettings valuations, carrying out property viewings, negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion.

The role involves maintaining regular communication with vendors, buyers, landlords and applicants, providing professional market advice and delivering excellent customer service throughout the property journey.

You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, valuation follow-up and relationship building, while supporting the continued growth of the branch.

Daily responsibilities will include handling enquiries, conducting viewings, progressing sales and lettings, updating CRM records, coordinating property marketing and creating social media content when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within estate agency, lettings or a similar property-related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Experience carrying out property valuations is advantageous but not essential
  • Organised, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • NAEA, ARLA or other relevant industry qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Ayrshire property market
