Position Summary: As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse environment by coordinating activities across shift teams, ensuring service, safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved. Working closely with colleagues across the operation, you will help develop team capability, encourage continuous improvement, and create a positive working environment where everyone can perform at their best.
