Are you passionate about sustainability and efficient operations? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Reverse Logistics and Hygiene team! In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products are returned, processed, and handled with the utmost care while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Job Summary:

  • You will be required to work in all areas within the scope of the department.
  • To ensure all recycling products are processed correctly following guidelines.
  • To ensure hygiene levels are maintained to a high standard and all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with AIB/DQMP standards and in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and within Company procedures.
  • Ensure hygiene processes are carried out correctly, recorded and completed within the allotted time and to the set standard.
  • Assist in improving hygiene procedures, working practices and working efficiencies.
  • Ensure all pest control procedures are followed and recorded effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments as required.
  • Be able to use a variety of MHE as well as a ride on scrubbing machine and a scissor lift.
  • Work at heights and some heavy lifting will be involved.
  • Work in a multi temperature food storage environment.
  • Work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Work Place Organisation standards.
  • Complete all schedules in a timely manner and complete the associated paperwork.
  • Ensure all recycling products within the DC are packed and loaded correctly for delivery to designated customers.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent) (Essential)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office: Introduction Excel and Word (Essential)
  • Experience of MHE driving (Essential)
  • Previous hygiene experience and working in a physically demanding multi-temperature FMCG environment (Desirable)
  • MEWP experience (Desirable)
