The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perpetual Inventory Count
- Investigating damages ensuring system is updated accordingly
- Assist with annual stock takes
- Investigate customer credits prior to making any adjustments in WMOS
- Ensure any interface issues on stock file between WMOS and JDE is actioned and resolved in timely manner on daily basis
- Leasing with Product Supply Department on any potential out of stocks or over stocked items
- Checking and highlighting to stock coordinator for any out of rotation issues
- Any other ad hoc reasonable administrative task requested by stock coordinator or stock and admin manager
Management Reporting
- Run any reports requested by Stock / Warehouse Shift Management team
- KPI reporting for dept / warehouse
Communication
- Carry out effective shift handover with outgoing / incoming goods in clerk
- Attend department briefings as required
General
- Cover for stock admin clerk duties as required
- Any reasonable request as directed by Stock – Admin / Warehouse management
- Full compliance with company Health and Safety, QIP, security and environmental KPI’s
Qualifications
- Good level of communication both internally and to external suppliers
- Previous experience in a similar data entry, clerical or administration role
- Minimum level 2 English and Maths
