Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Site Services Manager in Coventry to lead facilities, maintenance, and engineering operations at the distribution centre. You will oversee PPM and reactive maintenance, manage CAFM schedules and asset records, and collaborate with contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
You will drive continuous improvement, develop your team, and partner with site leadership to deliver capital projects while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
