Position Summary

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 10.5 hours per night, the successful candidate will support the core operational priorities by providing essential administrative support to the Transport Team, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support the overall success and operational integrity of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support transport operations through accident investigations, administration, and management of transport issues.
  • Communicate daily with drivers as the first point of contact for both internal and external drivers.
  • Log journey information and create journey packs.
  • Communicate with shunters and coordinate with the Stock and Admin team in a busy environment with plenty of opportunities to learn.
