Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Transport team whilst ensuring the consistent and effective application of procedures and practices under the guidance of the Transport Operations Manager.
- Assist with accident investigations and insurance administration.
- Dealing with all transport sundries (booking ferries, bridge tags etc).
- Uniform & H&S PPE ordering for new and current team members.
- Managing the Time & Attendance system and reporting, ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate for Payroll to process wages correctly.
- Logging holiday requests for drivers and office staff.
- Investigating any Driver pay queries, to understand where errors have occurred to ensure they are rectified in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Driver PFP log, conducting regular checks to ensure the data is accurate for processing PFP payments.
- Finances and Purchase Orders processing.
- Carry out financial reports for Transport Operations Manager.
- Booking and organisation of Driver CPC’s and training.
- Maintaining records to ensure audit standards are met.
- Management of PCN’s Notice of Prosecution from councils and restaurants.
- Ad Hoc data analysis as requested by management.
- To liaise with Customers’ restaurant employees via customer services, deal with internal issues/queries, run reports, conduct data analysis, update KPIs.
- Checking & control of Transport auditable requirements (Debriefs, Probe calibrations etc).
- Maintain the information slides for the site, updating data regularly and presenting all slides professionally.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Power Point & Excel.
- Demonstrable communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience of time and attendance systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
