As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products are always available when and where they’re needed. We need your expertise to optimise inventory, forecast demand, and maintain seamless supply chain operations, allowing us to deliver fun and smiles across the globe!
Position Summary
In this role you will be managing all supply activities related to promotional toy management, building, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. Experience in supplier management and effective communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive optimum stock holding of toys across the network and track all clean‑up toy activity
- Ensure necessary escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution processes are in place and supported by full engagement of all key stakeholders
- Manage effective transition of toys
- Plan, manage, and execute key toy promotions across all key stakeholders during launch and peak periods
- Plan and direct regular review meetings involving internal and external stakeholders
- Develop relationships with the McDonald’s and TMS teams, ensuring accurate and timely flow of information, including CFT participation where required
- Collaborate with DC Operations to ensure inbound deliveries scheduling and distribution activity is managed and coordinated efficiently and to budget
Qualifications
- Experience managing an end‑to‑end operational supply chain
- Industry experience in an FMCG / Retail or Food environment
- Process‑driven with evidence of change management and continual improvement
- Problem solver, analytical thinker, able to articulate the case and engage people to support achieving the goal
