Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 – 20:00

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to coordinate inventory and administrative tasks? Join us as a Stock and Admin Clerk and play a key role in managing stock levels and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perpetual Inventory Count
  • Investigate damages and ensure the system is updated accordingly
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Investigate customer credits prior to making any adjustments in WMOS
  • Ensure any interface issues on the stock file between WMOS and JDE are actioned and resolved in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Leasing with the Product Supply Department on any potential out of stocks or over‑stocked items
  • Check and highlight to the stock coordinator any out‑of‑rotation issues
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc reasonable administrative tasks requested by the stock coordinator or stock and admin manager

Management Reporting

  • Run any reports requested by the Stock / Warehouse Shift Management team
  • Prepare KPI reporting for the department / warehouse

Communication

  • Carry out effective shift handover with outgoing/incoming goods as the goods in clerk
  • Attend required department briefings
  • General Cover for stock admin clerk duties as required
  • Perform any reasonable requests directed by Stock – Admin / Warehouse management
  • Maintain full compliance with company Health and Safety, QIP, security, and environmental KPIs

Qualifications

  • Good level of communication both internally and with external suppliers
  • Previous experience in a similar data entry, clerical, or administration role
  • Minimum level 2 in English and Maths
