Job Title: Inventory Administrator (Nights)
Location: Darlington
Reports To: Inventory Manager
Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off

Position Summary
The workload of the administration team will be split between goods in/out and stock control. As an inventory Administrator you will have a dedicated focus of either goods in/out or stock control. If you have a preference, please let us know in your application.
Responsibilities
- Manage all paperwork related to goods entering and leaving the Distribution Center (DC) and ensure proper recording in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Administer waves in accordance with Warehouse Activity and Distribution schedules.
- Monitor and report on physical warehouse activities using the WMS.
- Maintain accurate inventory management and assist in investigating store credit claims.
- Answer supplier inquiries and coordinate inbound deliveries, ensuring adherence to site procedures.
- Run waves and monitor them within our systems to optimise operations.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage promotional activities and new stock introductions.
- Generate reports on stock control, shrinkage, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Competent in Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel and Word.
- Excellent administration, organisation and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS platforms essential.
- Good data analysis skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving.
Technical Competencies
- Good level of communication both internally and with external suppliers.
- Previous experience in a similar data entry, clerical or administration role.
- Minimum level 2 English and Maths.
