Job Summary: You will be required to work in all areas within the scope of the department. To ensure all recycling products are processed correctly following guidelines. To ensure hygiene levels are maintained to a high standard and all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with AIB/DQMP standards and in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and within Company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure hygiene processes are carried out correctly, recorded and completed within the allotted time and to the set standard.
- To assist in improving hygiene procedures, working practices and working efficiencies.
- To ensure all pest control procedures are followed and recorded effectively.
- To work collaboratively with other departments as required.
- Be able to use a variety of MHE as well as a ride on scrubbing machine and a scissor lift.
- Working at heights and some heavy lifting will be involved.
- To work in a multi temperature food storage environment.
- To work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Work Place Organisation standards.
- To complete all schedules in a timely manner and complete the associated paperwork.
- To ensure all recycling products within the DC are packed and loaded correctly for delivery to designated customers.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent) – Essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office: Introduction, Excel and Word – Essential.
- Experience of MHE driving – Essential.
- Previous hygiene experience and working in a physically demanding multitemperature FMCG environment – Desirable.
- MEWP experience – Desirable.
