Position Summary:
As our General Manager, you will play a crucial role in championing our mission of achieving outstanding customer service while fostering an engaged workforce. You’ll lead a dedicated management team, leveraging data analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives, ensure safety compliance, and inspire transformational change across our distribution centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our Management team to meet daily output objectives and long-term goals, while promoting a culture of employee engagement and inclusion.
- Drive transformational initiatives that enhance employee experience and optimize service delivery.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, collaborating with our H&S Manager to ensure a proactive safety culture is nurtured.
- Monitor performance against key indicators and adapt strategies based on real-time data to maximize service excellence and efficiency.
- Engage with union representatives, building strong relationships that promote cooperation and mutual respect.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, providing support and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
