Salary & Shift: £13.94 (Day Shift 07:00 – 18:00). Shift pattern: 7 out of 14 days.

Position Summary: Assist in the overall picking and dispatch of customers’ orders, ensuring correct products are supplied in a timely, effective and efficient manner, in a physically demanding multi‑temperature FMCG environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders as instructed by voice picking system
  • Load vehicles adhering to company procedures
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Keep work area clean and tidy
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety standards
  • Achieve targets and job standards set out by MBUK
  • Communicate between team leaders and shift managers
  • Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work
  • Perform any reasonable request from management
  • Work in a multi‑temperature environment
  • Check in and store all items correctly and securely to avoid damage and QA issues
  • Replenish – ensure pick faces are kept to correct stock levels
  • Goods in – receipt of palletised and containerised goods
