Position Summary: Assist in the overall picking and dispatch of customers’ orders, ensuring correct products are supplied in a timely, effective and efficient manner, in a physically demanding multi‑temperature FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders as instructed by voice picking system
- Load vehicles adhering to company procedures
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Maintain high levels of health and safety standards
- Achieve targets and job standards set out by MBUK
- Communicate between team leaders and shift managers
- Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work
- Perform any reasonable request from management
- Work in a multi‑temperature environment
- Check in and store all items correctly and securely to avoid damage and QA issues
- Replenish – ensure pick faces are kept to correct stock levels
- Goods in – receipt of palletised and containerised goods
