Martin-Baker, a leader in life‑saving aerospace systems, seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Team Lead to head mechanical design across the product lifecycle at the Denham site. You will own concept development, detailed design, qualification, production and in‑service support, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality solutions.

You’ll influence product development and engineering best practice within a safety‑critical environment.
