We are now seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and operational excellence across the business. This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR business partnering with ownership of HR systems, administration, and process optimisation.
Acting as a trusted partner to multiple senior stakeholders across diverse business areas, you'll also lead central HR services ensuring our processes, systems, and employee experience are robust, efficient, and fit for a workforce of over 1,300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Senior stakeholders across sourcing, commercial finance, IT, and manufacturing to provide expert HR guidance and support.
- Lead and develop the central HR administration and onboarding team (3 direct reports).
- Oversee and optimise various HR systems including, with a focus on integration and efficiency improvements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes and procedures to support organisational growth.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment handover through to exit, including onboarding, promotions, family leave, and offboarding.
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools to provide insight and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and expand manager self-service capabilities.
- Develop a clear roadmap for HR systems integration and future capability, supporting business transformation.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with employment law.
