Join Martin-Baker, the world leader in ejection seat technology, and play a hands-on role in producing components that help save aircrew lives. We're looking for a skilled Deburring Machine Operator to support our Machine Shop in delivering high-quality, precision-engineered parts.
The Role
You’ll carry out deburring and manual machining operations, working to technical drawings and strict quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Deburring components using machinery and hand tools
- Setting and operating manual machines
- Completing quality checks before inspection
- Following job cards, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices
What You’ll Bring
