The Opportunity
Martin-Baker, the world leader in ejection seat manufacturing, is looking for aqualified and experienced NDT Level 2 Radiographer (NAS410/EN4179Certified)to join our specialist inspection team.
Focussing ondigital X-Ray and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)withinaerospace and defence manufacturingwhere accuracy and integrity truly make a difference.

What Youll Do
As an NDT Level 2 Radiographer, youll ensure the safety and reliability of life-saving components through cutting-edge inspection processes, including:
- Capturing, analysing, and interpretingdigital X-Ray imagesto detect structural irregularities.
- Performing helium leak testing using mass spectrometry.
- Recording and marking test and production data accurately.
- Upholding the highestquality, safety, and compliance standards across all operations.
- Supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
- Collaborating with QA/QC, engineering, and production teams to ensure mission-critical reliability.
About You

Essential:
- NDTLevel 2 Radiographer (NAS410/EN4179Certification)
- Proven experience inindustrial X-Ray/NDT inspectionin aerospace, defence, or automotive.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and defect interpretation.
- Proficiency withdigital X-Ray systems, data analysis, andSAP.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
