Martin-Baker in Chalgrove seeks a Health & Safety Lead to join the Seat Test Department. You will perform hands-on risk assessments, maintain safe systems of work, and ensure compliance across PUWER, LOLER, COSHH and PSSR for live testing and industrial activities.
You will lead toolbox talks, manage the safety training matrix, coordinate health surveillance, investigate incidents with root cause analysis, and drive continuous safety improvements in a high-risk aerospace environment.
