Martin-Baker, Denham site, is seeking an HR Business Partner to combine hands-on business partnering with central HR services, systems administration and process optimisation.

You will be a trusted advisor to departmental managers across sourcing, finance, IT and manufacturing, guiding HR issues and driving onboarding and lifecycle activities.
