Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd in Denham is seeking a Team Lead within our central HR function to lead three HR Administrators, manage CIPHR HRIS, and shape our People System roadmap while collaborating with HR Leadership on major projects.
You’ll build compliant workflows, ensure GDPR data integrity, deliver insightful KPIs to HR and business leaders, and work with Payroll, IT, Sourcing and Compliance to map data end-to-end.
