A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Training Manager to join the Customer Training team. Within this role, you’ll lead a talented team of training instructors and suppliers that delivers impactful customer training solutions for Martin-Baker products. The role is based from the Denham site and will involve some travel to customer sites when needed.
Within the role, you’ll:
- Lead the customer training function, including the design, development, delivery and certification of technical training to customers.
- Manage the team of training instructors and suppliers that deliver customer training experiences, encompassing recruitment, coaching, development, engagement and performance management.
- Management of all training activity, including planned training commitments, resource allocation, course content/development, developing procedures and KPI measures to track performance and compliance.
- Management of training content and delivery processes, liaising with the Commercial team and ensuring that invoices get processed.
- Handling customer, colleague and supplier feedback, relating to customer training activities.
- Ultimately provide excellent training experiences, leading the team to fulfil training objectives for a range of customers.

- Experience managing a training team, training organisation or training systems.
- Proven experience in a relevant or senior role, managing others.
- Experience leading processes, procedures, planning, resource development and activity of training courses.
