We are now recruiting an Engineering Manager to join the Engineering function at our Denham site. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing multi-disciplinary engineering teams to develop, deliver, and support complex aerospace products. You will manage and develop large teams of managers and engineers across Mechanical, Systems and Software disciplines, ensuring projects are effectively prioritised, resourced, and delivered to programme objectives.

Working closely with other business functions, you will drive collaboration across teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and help align engineering activity to business needs. The role also includes responsibility for workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, capability development, and continuous improvement across the engineering function.

  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managers
  • Drive delivery, resource planning, prioritisation, and programme execution
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and team development
  • Coach and develop engineering leaders and teams
  • Promote continuous improvement across engineering processes and systems
  • Support engineering governance, compliance, and lifecycle activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, or a related STEM discipline. Proven experience leading managers and engineering teams within complex or regulated environments. Experience across Mechanical, Systems, and/or Production Engineering. Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and resource management. Familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP.
