What You’ll Be Doing: Martin‑Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world’s most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple – to save aircrew lives. Join us on this mission as Technical Administrator, supporting technical training administration activities and records management, positively impacting the use of the SkillStation system across the Martin‑Baker organisation. You’ll consistently interact with training partners, cell leaders across the manufacturing organisation and further members of the Academy team. This permanent role is based onsite at our Denham campus with potential hybrid working options after six months. You will perform data input within the SkillStation system, run regular and monthly reports for various business stakeholders, and become a specialist user of SkillStation. Part of the role involves running regular reports for the Academy team and wider stakeholders.
