What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join us on this mission as a First Article Inspector to work within our Inspection Team where you will be planning the First Article Inspection requirements for a seat programme using QPM, the FAIR Software system.
- Plan First Article Inspection activities against required programs and Patrol Inspection Audit activity.
- Complete First Article Inspections and reports for top level part assembly seats and deliverable items.
- Complete Patrol Inspection Audits and reports for designated products.
- Review and ensure that completed FAI’s meet the QAI-148 / AS9102 standard requirements.
- Conduct follow up Patrol Inspection Audits and maintain a spreadsheet for a Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) on notification corrective actions where applicable.
