What You’ll Be Doing
Martin-Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world’s most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple – to save aircrew lives.
Join us on this mission as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer working in the Production Engineering department. There are roles available based at the Denham, Middlesex site and Chalgrove Oxfordshire.
This is an amazing opportunity where you will be responsible for determining the manufacturing methodology, supporting MBA manufacturing processes within a small batch environment whilst operating to high standards of quality and customer care.
It is a fantastic chance to Support Manufacturing activities on both old and new Products including working on the applications of new technologies within our Production Cell, Supporting the development of Material Supply, implements continuous improvement as well as supporting our amazing manufacturing teams.

Education & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent, graded 2.1 or higher, in mechanical / electrical / material / aerospace / automotive engineering discipline
- A Level Maths and/or Physics, or equivalent, graded B or higher
