What You’ll Be Doing
Martin-Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats. You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and sustaining automation within the production environment. The engineer will work with collaborative robots, vision systems, sensors and digital work instructions to enhance product quality and increase production capacity. As part of a small, specialist team, you will deliver step-change improvements by transforming advanced technologies into robust, operator-friendly solutions. The role combines hands-on problem solving with structured implementation, ensuring all new systems are introduced safely, in compliance with aerospace standards, and supported with full documentation for long-term reliability and scalability.
