Martin-Baker offers a complete 'end-to-end service’, from helping the customer to establish operational safety and escape requirements, including design, development, and qualification, to on-going support throughout the entire service life of the aircraft.
We’re now looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR team in Denham and play a key role in delivering excellent HR support across the business. In this role, you’ll work closely with managers, providing HR guidance and supporting the full employee lifecycle. You can expect an initial focus on employee relations, working closely with our HR Business Partner Team, as well as supporting a broad range of initiatives across the business. We offer hybrid working options after six months of employment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support ER cases across performance, absence, grievance and more.
- Advise managers on policy, best practice and employment law.
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and produce meaningful people insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an HR Advisor/Assistant/Coordinator role.
- Good understanding of UK employment law.
- Analytical and confident with data and systems.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities with professionalism and integrity.
- Share and demonstrate the Martin-Baker Values.
- Manufacturing experience or a CIPD qualification is a bonus.
