A vacancy has arisen for a Cost and Price Business Partner to join our Finance team based at the Denham site. In this role, you’ll report into the Commercial Finance Controller and work closely with teams across Commercial and Sourcing functions. This is an opportunity to play a real part in moving the business forward, contributing to the way we cost, price, and support the delivery of our products. The role offers broad exposure, collaborative working, and the chance to influence important commercial outcomes. Applicants with engineering experience are particularly encouraged to apply, especially those with practical knowledge of product structure, including Bills of Material (BoM), Product routings, and manufacturing processes. Such experience would add real value to the role and wider business. You’ll need to work onsite all days for the first six months of employment; afterwards, hybrid options can be discussed.

What you’ll be doing: As Cost and Price Business Partner, you’ll play a significant role in improving bid quality, reducing commercial risk, identifying opportunities and supporting stronger business performance. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to develop, validate, and justify cost models, helping to improve pricing accuracy, strengthen negotiation positions, and support robust pricing decisions. Additionally, you’ll drive continuous improvement across the cost-to-price workflow, including within SAP S4/HANA, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and improve the quality of costing and pricing information.
