Join us on this mission through a Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship, starting September 2026 at our Chalgrove, Oxfordshire site.

As well as achieving a qualification, this is an excellent opportunity where you will learn to carry out maintenance and repair of various machines and equipment in the Chalgrove manufacturing areas, so that downtime is minimised and production targets are met. You will work with various internal departments in Manufacturing, building positive relationships with internal stakeholders. We’ll also provide the time needed to fulfil commitments with training providers so that you successfully achieve all aspects of your apprenticeship.

Our programme helps you develop interpersonal skills through various activities during the apprenticeship, including STEM outreach, support at careers and business fairs, and resilience training.
