The Martin Bacon Academy in Northstowe is seeking a Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse learning needs within an Outstanding provision. You will work alongside the Class Teacher to promote inclusion, independence and meaningful engagement for all pupils.
Hours are 32.5 per week across 39 weeks, with a salary ranging from £22,696 to £32,423 actual (FTE £30,086–£31,050). Closing date 01/11/2026 and interviews shortly after application receipt.
