We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Martin and Carr on a full-time basis.
Our Pershore and Evesham surgeries are well‑equipped, friendly practices with a loyal client base and strong ties to the local community. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of vets, nurses and support staff who value kindness, communication and teamwork. We actively encourage professional development and clinical freedom.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week
- Four‑day working week to support work‑life balance
- 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota
General Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied small animal caseload
- Support surgical procedures and theatre work
- Run nurse consultations and contribute to preventative healthcare
- Assist with the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinical environment
